Plants - an ochre mushroom spore print and hand written text in ochre ink in radiating lines, repeating the names of all the plants used in medicines for heart conditions.

Time - the circle also acts as a clock face; enfolded within the names of herbs is a transcribed diary of a 12 hour nursing shift on a cardiac ward.
